Doteasy review after 7 months

A long times user hosting doteasy (after 7 months user) i feel it’s a bad with me, sometimes i can’t visit my cpanel and website? Because banned my IP.

- Speed: i feel it’s normal with dreamhost, hostgator,…

- Support: It’s i very hate no support online, no phone and only send tickets. But reply tickets very slow (after 10-12 hours) with a webmaster not acceptable when customers called and lost earnings.

- Unreason with me it’s backup lose money with 25$ for a backup, i user very much hosting for mysite, the first for incident backup lose money.

- Why suspend my hosting because i have a message with info:

I don’t understand what happen to my source website, i user source php + html, i designs source for mysite and get overload for MySQL and CPU. Befor i have user bluehost, HOSTMONSTER, Dreamhost, Hostgarto, Hostalbe hosting never overload MySQl, CPU.
